Paul Smith Jeans collection this season is based on the life and work of famed American journalist and author, Hunter S. Thompson.
The collection is divided into two with the first part being based on a more collegiate feel, and early twentieth century university clothing. This theme is evident across styles Scout and the Beat shoe.
The other half of the collection is inspired by the book for which Thompson gained most of his fame, “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”. Bright wild colours are evident, with bold and bright graphic prints, particularly apparent on the sandals, and the variations of Musa.
